Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE PROTOCOL & REFUND POLICY

At Forty Seven, every piece is engineered for substance and rigorously inspected before it leaves our facility. Because we deal in premium 925 Sterling Silver and maintain strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.

However, we stand by the structural integrity of our work. We offer a strict Exchange-Only policy in the rare event that an error occurs on our end or during transit.

1. Valid Grounds for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange only under the following two conditions:

· Damaged on Arrival: The piece has sustained structural damage or manufacturer defects that compromise its integrity before you receive it.
· Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different design, style, or piece than what was stated on your final order confirmation.

Please note: Natural tarnishing, oxidation or the development of a patina are inherent scientific properties of Silver (Element 47) and are not considered defects.

2. The Exchange Protocol

If your order meets the criteria above, you must follow this exact protocol to initiate an exchange:

· Step 1: The 48-Hour Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.
· Step 2: The Unboxing Video: To process an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video. The video must show the shipping package sealed, the opening of the package, and the defect or incorrect item clearly in the frame.
· Step 3: Notification: Email your claim, along with the order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue to fortysevenjewels@gmail.com
· Step 4: Inspection & Replacement: Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the compromised item. Upon receiving and verifying the item at our facility, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement of the exact same product. No refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

We will reject exchange requests for the following reasons:

· The customer ordered the wrong ring size or chain length. (Please refer to our Sizing Guide before purchasing.)
· The jewelry was damaged due to customer mishandling, heavy impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
· The customer simply does not like the design after receiving it.
· The required unboxing video is not provided or appears tampered with.
