    At Forty Seven, we treat the logistics of our jewelry with the same precision as our engineering. Every piece of solid 925 Sterling Silver is thoroughly inspected, polished, and securely packaged at our facility before it is handed over to our transit partners.

    Please review our shipping protocol below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

    1. Order Processing Time

    • The Inspection Window: All orders require 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) for processing, quality assurance, and secure packaging before they are dispatched from our facility.
    • Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
    • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second notification once your piece has been officially dispatched.

    2. Domestic Transit (India)

    We partner with premium, reliable courier services to ensure your high-value items arrive safely.

    • Standard Secure Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. (Free on orders over Rs.1000)

    Note: Deliveries to remote areas or regions experiencing extreme weather/logistical disruptions may occasionally take longer. Forty Seven is not liable for delays caused by the courier network, but we will always assist in tracking your package.

    3. Tracking Your Element

    Visibility is standard. The moment your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email and SMS containing your airway bill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link. You can monitor the exact location of your silver from our forge to your door.

    4. Security & Receiving Your Order

    Because we ship premium metals, security is our priority.

    • All packages are shipped in unbranded, tamper-proof exterior mailing bags or boxes to prevent theft during transit. The luxury Forty Seven packaging is secured inside.
    • A signature or OTP (One-Time Password) may be required upon delivery.
    • Important: Do not accept any package that appears to be tampered with, opened, or crushed. Reject the delivery and contact us immediately.

    5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

    It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including pin code and active phone number) at checkout.

    • If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, a locked premises, or the courier's inability to contact you after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee will be applied to dispatch the order a second time.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    6. International Dispatch

    Currently, Forty Seven operates and ships exclusively within India. International logistics and worldwide shipping protocols will be announced in the future.
