Shipping & Dispatch Policy

At FORTYSEVEN, we treat the delivery of every piece with the same precision as its craftsmanship. Each item is carefully inspected, polished, securely packaged, and dispatched only after passing our quality checks.

Please review our Shipping & Dispatch Policy below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • A second notification with your tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within India

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.

Please note that deliveries to remote locations or areas affected by adverse weather, natural events, or logistical disruptions may require additional transit time.

While we work closely with our courier partners, FORTYSEVEN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, our team will always assist you in tracking your shipment.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number (AWB)
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link via Email and SMS

You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment until delivery.

4. Packaging & Delivery Security

Every FORTYSEVEN order is packed with care to ensure both safety and discretion.

  • Orders are shipped in tamper-proof, unbranded outer packaging to protect against theft during transit.
  • Your FORTYSEVEN jewelry box is securely packed inside the outer package.
  • Deliveries may require an OTP verification or signature upon receipt.

Important

Please do not accept any package that appears:

  • Opened
  • Torn
  • Crushed
  • Tampered with

If you receive a damaged package, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Invalid contact number

a re-shipping charge will apply before the order can be dispatched again.

Please Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. International Shipping

Currently, FORTYSEVEN ships only within India.

We are working towards offering international shipping in the future. Updates will be announced on our website and official social media channels.

7. Need Assistance

If your tracking information has not been updated within 48 hours of dispatch, or if you have any questions regarding your shipment, our support team will be happy to assist you.
